Routine oral and topical medication administration, as well as specialized pacing for senior or special needs dogs, is always complimentary.
Because administering insulin injections requires absolute precision, strict timing, and medical focus, this specialized care is available as a dedicated add-on under additional fees below.

Christmas Week
+25 per night
Applies to overnight boarding and house sitting during the week of Christmas to accommodate peak seasonal demand.
Boarding Shuttle
50 round trip
Convenient home pick-up and drop-off service for overnight boarding clients within our service area to accommodate travel time, mileage, and transition care.
Puppy Care
+10 per day or night
Applies to all services for puppies under 1 year old to accommodate intensive routine training and specialized care.
Late Pick-Ups
Daycare pick-ups after 6:00 PM will incur a 1 per minute late fee unless alternative arrangements are confirmed in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Daytime Services
Walks, drop-ins, and daycare canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full.
Overnight Stays
Boarding and house sitting canceled with less than 14 days' notice will incur a 50% fee of the total booking value. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are charged in full.
Christmas Bookings
Due to exceptionally high holiday demand, Christmas reservations are non-refundable unless canceled at least 30 days in advance.
